Which Pakistani Airline Is Most On Time?
We do not publish a ranking of Pakistani airlines by on-time performance, because a trustworthy ranking needs scheduled and actual times for every flight, and that data is not available from the free sources we use. Publishing guesses would mislead you.
Why a ranking is hard
Punctuality is measured against the airline’s schedule: a flight is “on time” if it leaves or arrives within a set number of minutes. ADS-B shows when aircraft move but not what the schedule was. Cancelled flights, which are a large part of unreliability, never appear in ADS-B data at all.
What would make a ranking reliable
- Official figures from the Civil Aviation Authority or airline reports.
- Schedule data from a commercial provider, checked against actual times.
- A clear definition of “on time”, and a count of cancellations.
If official data becomes available we will link to it.
How to judge punctuality yourself
- In winter fog season, early-morning flights on the northern plains are the most exposed; later flights often fare better, though delays can build up through the day.
- Check how often your flight number has been delayed in recent days, if your airline publishes it.
- Prefer direct routes and longer connection times.
- Read recent passenger experience critically; one bad day does not make an average.
